Job Summary

  • Job Responsibilities Operationalizes the Nursing Home’s goals and objectives; provides leadership and oversight in the planning, development, coordination and evaluation of nursing services
  • Responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards of the cluster of nursing homes as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Assists the DON in identifying new programs for the residents and special projects to meet any service gaps
