Key Requirements
3-5 years relevant practical experience
Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying
Professional certification (MRICS, CIOB) preferred
Demonstrated ability across various property asset classes
Ability to write and present technically sound reports
Excellent liaison skills with professional consultants
Professional demeanor
Strong knowledge of building services
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of RICS Building Surveying standards
Willing to travel for inspections
Appropriate Australian work visa eligibility
