Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy policies to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
