Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Designing high-quality prompts for GenAI applications
Creating prompt frameworks for classification, summarization, extraction, transformation, reasoning
Crafting prompts for tool-calling and structured outputs
Building evaluation datasets and measuring prompt performance
Experience with retrieval-augmented systems (RAG)
Understanding of LLM behavior and limitations
Hands-on experience with Python for experimentation and automation
Fluent in English and excellent communicator
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen
Exposure to agentic AI concepts – planning, memory, tool use
Curious, motivated, and forward-thinking mindset
Team player with a self-starter mentality
Key Requirements
10+ years of overall development/QA experience
2+ years on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
