Job Summary
As Quality Manager, you’ll lead and drive Kilian’s quality strategy, ensuring that the company’s precision bearing products and assemblies consistently meet internal standards and rigorous customer expectations.
You will manage quality systems that uphold Kilian’s ISO and IATF certifications and champion continuous improvement, defect prevention, and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, for both the Syracsee and Toronto sites.
