Job Summary

• The Patient Care Technician (PCT) I performs basic patient care activities, including but not limited to identifying and responding to abnormal findings, appropriately escalating to the nurse any changes related to the patient’s condition, and activities of daily living (ADL’s).
• This role typically reports to the Unit Manager and provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences.
