Job Summary

• Utilizes 3D Point Cloud Laser scanning technology to verify University space, update existing floorplans, and ensure accuracy for all research, academic, administrative, and auxiliary spaces.
• Performs analysis and creates reports on collected data, most commonly resulting in annotated or thematically color-coded floor plans or area take-offs.
• Maintains and improves existing data in the CAFM systems (Archibus) and coordinates the use of cloud and network resources for BIM file usage, sharing, and collaboration.
