Job Summary
Working closely with the Group Director, you will help create strategic frameworks for engaging stakeholders and driving cultural change across all SingHealth institutions.
Your responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks and opportunities related to driving systemic organisational change towards sustainability, creating frameworks and roadmaps for stakeholder engagement, and building sustainability awareness across the organisation.
You will develop comprehensive staff engagement and communication plans to equip all SingHealth personnel with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve sustainability performance targets.
