Job Summary
The IRP-Allied Health individuals are licensed or certified professionals (physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech/language pathologists) who work within a team structure to offer inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services.
Upon referral, the physical therapist will assess patients and establish together with the patient and other team members plans of care; provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of the discipline; provide education and support to patients/families; and facilitate continuing care planning.
The physical therapist assures coordination of services and programs in appropriate interactions with other therapists, rehab supportive staff, and other participants in patient care activities like attending and resident physicians, nurses, their support staff, and Patient Care Resource Managers.

Key Requirements
Baccalaureate Degree
License to practice physical therapy in the state of Ohio or current eligibility
