Job Summary
The role mission is to build and optimize a third-party labor employment system for logistics/warehousing and manufacturing business scenarios, focusing on large-scale labor development, multi-supplier coordination, and compliant employment management to quickly support tens of thousands of flexible staffing needs during peak seasons.
Key responsibilities include building national/regional HR pools, rapid deployment of 5,000-10,000+ personnel within 2-4 weeks, managing 30-100+ suppliers through grading, performance, and exit mechanisms, and ensuring employment compliance and risk governance.
The role requires strong delivery and stress tolerance, excellent cross-departmental communication, and on-site problem-solving skills, with regular travel to key warehouse clusters in East China and annual travel for resource development.
