Base: $159,800 - $239,800 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering
  • 10+ years of expertise with major cloud platforms
  • 7+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling complex ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience building and leading an MLOps/AI Engineering Operations function
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
