Job Summary

  • The role will cover a wide array of commercial transactions and legal issues including collective bargaining matters, athlete agent regulations, endorsements, branding, marketing, labor and employment law, NIL, immigration and intellectual property rights.
  • Support agents by negotiating business terms, drafting contracts, maintaining contract templates with a multitude of brands, marketing and PR agencies.
  • Anticipate and identify potential legal problems for the department and assist in developing strategies to avoid litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
