Job Summary
The role will cover a wide array of commercial transactions and legal issues including collective bargaining matters, athlete agent regulations, endorsements, branding, marketing, labor and employment law, NIL, immigration and intellectual property rights.
Support agents by negotiating business terms, drafting contracts, maintaining contract templates with a multitude of brands, marketing and PR agencies.
Anticipate and identify potential legal problems for the department and assist in developing strategies to avoid litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.

Base: $140,000–$174,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus; Benefits: eligible for benefits
