  • As a Control & Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead and Department Head in managing the Risk & Control framework across various operational risk programs.
  • You will provide independent oversight and credible challenge to operational risk activities, conduct root cause analysis for incidents, and support audit and regulatory engagements.
  • The role involves conducting periodic reviews, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk awareness and operational excellence.
