  • As a General Manager, it will be your responsibility to deliver the Herman Miller Client Experience through team coaching of demonstrations, quoting, and generation of sales.

Base: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Commission on shipped items, Quarterly bonus plan, Annual discretionary incentive, equity awards; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, Self-Managed vacation, holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with 4% company match, Commuter benefits up to $150/month, employee discounts, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, Other Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Short/Long Term Disability
