Job Summary

  • The HSE Site Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HSE policies, practices and Roadmaps in Fort Wayne Operations.
  • This role will have a leadership presence within the factory area while also coaching site leadership teams.

Key Requirements

  • Certified or working towards AS/BS/MS in occupational health, safety, or related field
  • OSHA 30 Training
  • Minimum of three years’ HSE related experience
  • Manufacturing/Operations environment preferred
  • Knowledge of environmental remediation protocols
  • Strong working knowledge of EHS compliance law
  • Ability to identify hazards and implement solutions
  • High standard of written English and communication skills
  • Ability to develop, deliver and verify HSE training
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
