The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and resident confidentiality.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and reporting any changes in condition or safety incidents immediately to supervisors.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
