Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations Finance Manager and/or Office Manager in performing multiple administrative and accounting functions to ensure efficient, cost effective and professional office operations.
  • Perform various daily, weekly and monthly administrative functions and process all or some of the following: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts, material billings, equipment reporting, fuel reconciliation, petty cash, purchasing card reconciliation and document control.
