Guarantee the execution of the sales plan per client by proposing demand generation actions and specific campaigns involving DMM/Agronomy areas.
Define the portfolio to be served by RCs, establishing qualitative and quantitative objectives focused on strategic products, and establishing a Governance Plan for actions planned in the Client Portfolio.
