  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing sustainable systems for world-class operational performance.
  • Candidates will lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to align site breakthrough opportunities and facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops to create strategic improvement plans.
