Job Summary
The Director serves as the hearing officer and/or the presiding officer in Title IX and sexual misconduct matters as well as the decision-maker in nondiscrimination and anti-harassment matters.
They initiate, manage, and supervise all alternative processes of resolution through OECR and serves as liaison with other offices offering forms of conflict resolution outside of the disciplinary processes.
