This role will be responsible for delivering ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for our Sales and Customer Success teams across LATAM—particularly for sellers and CSMs based in Brazil and Mexico.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the field, ensuring global enablement programs land effectively in the local context—across language, culture, sales motion, and market dynamics.
As Datadog’s first Field Enablement hire in LATAM, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how enablement supports our sellers and Customer Success teams in the region.
