  • Develop and implement communication plans, providing consulting support to functional and engineering customer management and influencing stakeholders.

  • Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree and 2 years experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required
