Job Summary

  • As Senior Legal Counsel - Banking, you will work closely with AirTrunk’s award-winning Treasury team to lead and drive key treasury and debt capital market workstreams across the APJ region.
  • You will advise on, structure and shape new and existing financings across the AirTrunk group to enable the rapid expansion of AirTrunk data centre developments across APJ, in line with regulatory requirements.
  • You will provide expert legal advice on a range of banking and finance workstreams across APJ, and work closely with AirTrunk teams to shape deal structuring solutions from a legal and regulatory perspective.
