Prepare elemental and detailed cost plans
Develop trade-based estimates
Assess variations and EOT claims
Support tender documentation and procurement
Proficiency in CostX software
Strong analytical and time management skills
Work independently and collaboratively

Mentor junior team members
Support QA and continuous improvement
Familiarity with Australian Standards
Experience in multidisciplinary teams
Passion for defence and resource sectors

Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
5–7 years professional QS or cost management experience
Proven experience in cost plans and contract administration
Eligibility for Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance
Progress toward AIQS or RICS membership desirable
Work Rights
Eligibility for AGSVA security clearance preferred
