• The Manager – Solution Engineering leads a critical engineering function responsible for productizing consulting IP, scaling digital advisory capabilities, and enabling Technical Advisory’s transition from bespoke services to platform-driven, repeatable solutions.
• This role operates at an organizational leadership level, driving multi-year strategy, managing multiple workstreams and senior engineers/architects, and delivering measurable business impact through an OKR-based operating model.
