Develop and implement advanced analytics and AI solutions across the GIA Group, driving strategic AI initiatives and delivering customized solutions tailored to the needs of individual Local Business Units.
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, production-ready machine learning and Generative AI (GenAI) models across the GIA Group that enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, providing strategic recommendations to enhance the GIA’s analytics capabilities while ensuring all AI solutions adhere to regulatory, ethical, and data governance standards.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements
Eight years of experience in building data science/GenAI solutions
Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects
Strong experience with GenAI workflows, MLOps/LLMOps, and CI/CD
Strong understanding of cloud platform (Azure) and Databricks
Bachelor or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
