Establish and lead a team of process experts partnering across other Biologics S&T functions, Digital Manufacturing, Digital CMC, R&D Biologics DS & DP development and Global Biologics Operations.
Recruit, develop and retain a multidisciplinary team; champion inclusive talent management and succession planning.
