The Loan Originator Assistant (LOA) is a key front-line sales support branch employee with direct communication with Clients and Realtors.
The LOA is responsible for assisting with loan files and providing administrative support functions to assigned Originators or managers within the branch.
This position may also provide an opportunity to become a licensed loan originator, which includes completing additional state licensing requirements.

1+ years of experience as a LOA/Loan Partner preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
