Salary
Base: $146,300 - $277,400 annually (US); Base: $191,600 - $277,400 annually (California); Short-term incentives in form of Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and potential equity award

8+ years software engineering or technical program management experience
Direct exposure to large-scale multi-team delivery
Hands-on experience with JIRA and GitHub tooling
Strong analytical orientation for data-driven decision making
Proven ability to influence without authority in complex organizations
