5+ years ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work
Discovery patterns and Service Mapping design
JavaScript and REST/SOAP API proficiency
MID Server installation and troubleshooting
Event Management rule creation

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure
Strong written documentation skills

Key Requirements
