The incumbent must be bilingual and possess at least three years of prior Medical Assistant experience to assist providers with patient care and procedures.
Employees are expected to maintain high standards of safety, compassion, and efficiency while adhering to TJC, CLIA, HIPAA, and NCQA regulations.

ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Graduation from Medical Assistant program required within 12 months
