You will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
The role involves comprehensive responsibilities including administrative duties, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment management, and care plan assessments.

Current active LPN/LVN license

Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and meet health requirements
