• Graduate of accredited AMA Respiratory Care Program
• Current RCP State of Texas License
• Current CRT / RRT Certification from NBRC
• Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire
• AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire
• AHA PALS within 60 days of hire if covering Pedi
• AHA NRP within 60 days of hire if covering NICU
