Job Summary

  • This role drives cybersecurity strategy for the plant floor, bridging IT and OT teams to protect industrial equipment within the plants and supporting infrastructure from cyber threats while enabling safe and efficient operations.
  • Supports the development and implementation of the plant's OT cybersecurity roadmap aligned with corporate security standards and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
  • Drive continuous improvement in system resilience and recovery capabilities to emerging threats, vulnerabilities and best practices in OT/ICS security.
