Job Summary
As our Roma West Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with the Site Manager and a great team of permanent Grain Handlers to help deliver a safe, smooth and efficient service in receiving, storing and outloading grain by both road and rail.
Alongside a variety of hands-on grain handling tasks that keep our operation moving, you will also coordinate day-to-day workflow of the team and support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members.
