The RTR Senior Team Lead will supervise the team responsible for providing accounting services to various 3M subsidiaries.
Main responsibilities include supervising general ledger and fixed asset activities, acting as a second point of contact for process issues, and ensuring SOPs and RACIs are properly set-up and followed.
The role requires leading and participating in process improvement activities, supervising team members to meet goals, and ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
