Job Summary

  • Maintenance Team Leads are the leaders in facilities management, bringing technical expertise and providing guidance and training to the maintenance team.
  • Responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours and inspecting ready apartments for move-in quality.
  • The pay range for this position is $29.38 - 39.01 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential, health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and apartment rent discounts.
