  • The role is responsible for leading both assembly and test operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality BW Converting machinery.
  • This position oversees a team of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblers while focusing on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • The leader directs machine testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers to validate machine performance, safety, and functionality.
