Job Summary

  • Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of training programs for data center operations personnel, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, skill development, and certification compliance across all technical and operational disciplines within mission-critical facilities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training materials including instructor guides, hands-on exercises, digital learning modules, and competency assessments.
  • This role offers the opportunity to build comprehensive training capabilities that ensure operational excellence while developing the technical expertise of data center teams across the JLL’s portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in training development (CTD, CPTD) or data center management preferred
