• The Construction Manager provides construction support to the Development Department in the expansion, renovation of existing, and/or new development projects.
• This position is responsible for managing assigned construction budgets and on time project deliveries.

Base: $110,000 - $140,000; Bonus/Equity: 20% Annual Bonus; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
• 5-10 years general contractor project management experience
• Background in retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, mixed use construction fields preferable
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel
• 50% travel required
