Job Summary
The Grid Integration group is responsible for siting and interconnecting the AES Clean Energy portfolio to transmission systems across the United States.
The primary responsibilities of this role are strategic analysis of the interconnection procedures, queue and transmission system in a given RTO/ISO to formulate and steer greenfield project siting, and to then prepare and manage interconnection requests through to an Interconnection Agreement with the most favorable terms possible.
The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).

Base: $113,000 - $141,525/year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus; Benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off
