The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is seeking a Health Care Supervisor to oversee Health Care Technicians, ensuring quality care and a positive work culture for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This on-site position requires relevant experience in health care supervision and direct support for residents' needs.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Health Care Supervisor is to provide direct supervision of the Health Care Technician I’s, focusing on maintaining health and safety and ensuring continuous active treatment.
The HCS provides coaching, modeling, and mentoring to all staff on the assigned shift by acting as a floater between assigned area homes, working in coverage and counted in staffing numbers when necessary.
The Health Care Supervisor is responsible for implementing residents’ plans through direct resident service provision and coordinating the efforts of the Trainer staff for whom they provide direct supervision.
