Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Integrated Value Performance & Value Realization plays a critical leadership role in ensuring NRG Consumer’s integrated value propositions deliver on their approved business cases, performance expectations, and strategic intent.
  • This role serves as the performance “nerve center” for integrated offers; providing end-to-end visibility into results versus expectations, translating performance signals into actionable insights, and driving data-backed recommendations to course correct and optimize outcomes.
  • This is a Hybrid Role (4 days in office) that will be located at our Houston, TX Headquarters.
