Job Summary
This role serves as the strategic technical authority for leading the implementation, governance, and operations of Microsoft 365 Copilot and SharePoint across the organization.
The engineer will own Copilot Studio to build custom copilots, plugins, and automations while ensuring secure data grounding and responsible AI usage.
You will partner with Security and Compliance teams to enforce sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and identity governance across all Copilot surfaces.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of hands-on M365 engineering experience
Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture and permissions
