Job Summary

• The Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist is primarily responsible for effectively delivering targeted learning and professional development programs and interventions for sellers and partners.
• This role involves identifying learning needs through gap analysis, establishing training plans, designing training classes, and developing learning experiences based on the 6D's of Learning.
• The specialist will train, mentor, develop, and coach BPI AIA sellers and BPI partners, while also supporting Partnership Distribution workstreams and projects.
