Key Requirements
Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)

Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
Solid communication skills
Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
