Job Summary

  • Lead the Technology support to Industrial OEM customers especially in the field of Farm Equipment / Construction Equipment manufacturing in support of Axalta’s high bake / low bake coatings portfolio.
  • Establish new products in the market. Customer facing role by proper coordination of the activities with other functions (Technology, Marketing, Sales) and other business units in support of program/product strategies.
  • Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions and has set an exciting 2040 carbon neutrality goal.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years coatings industry experience
  • Proven track record in Farm and Construction equipment Industry
  • Ability to influence customers and establish strong relationships
  • Manage multiple projects and lead multi-functional teams
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Understand customer needs and translate into product offerings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively
