Job Summary
To direct the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty portfolio and to ensure alignment and integration of sales & marketing strategies within and across business functions.
Leads the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty Care portfolio (including rare disease and CMV), ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, values, and overall strategic objectives.
Builds deep understanding of key accounts needs to deliver targeted, patient-centric strategies and support.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10+ years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience
Specialty or rare disease market experience is a plus
Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager
Experience in new product launches
Demonstrated success as a Sales (District) Manager/Sr. Sales Professional
Experience in leading sales teams is an advantage
Experience in regional or global roles is preferred
