Job Summary

  • To direct the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty portfolio and to ensure alignment and integration of sales & marketing strategies within and across business functions.
  • Leads the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty Care portfolio (including rare disease and CMV), ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, values, and overall strategic objectives.
  • Builds deep understanding of key accounts needs to deliver targeted, patient-centric strategies and support.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience
  • Specialty or rare disease market experience is a plus
  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager
  • Experience in new product launches
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales (District) Manager/Sr. Sales Professional
  • Experience in leading sales teams is an advantage
  • Experience in regional or global roles is preferred
