Job Summary

  • The Strategic Portfolio Advisor supports enterprise and Business Unit real estate strategy by translating portfolio data, metrics, and scenarios into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the development of portfolio scenarios, supporting business case development, and partnering with the BI Lead to assess portfolio impact, risk, value, and timing.
