Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years facilitation experience
Adult learning program development
Strong business acumen in ticketing
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT)
Ability to translate complex technical info
Nice-to-have
Experience with Articulate Storyline or Captivate
Knowledge of Ticketmaster systems
Background in engineering or IT discipline
Familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence
Additional language skills
Key Requirements
Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, English, or UX preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in facilitation or learning program development
Experience leading operational or training teams in live entertainment/ticketing industry
